I honestly could care less about my weight but I’d really, really want a beautifully flat tummy for New Years. So, considering my scales are totally unreliable I decided to measure my waist and Hips and see if that changes within the next few weeks. Currently I’m on a low carb diet, a slightly altered version of Cassey’s 6-week Bikini Challenge ( Blogilates ). On her diet she says to do at least 20-30mins of cardio 6days a week but I’m doing a minimum of 1hour 6 days a week, so I’m hoping that my odd, little bad habits such as sometimes going a couple of hundred over the daily 1200 calorie limit and eating a naughty carb all balances out.
I’m about two weeks in now and these are my measurements:
Waist: 68 cms (26 inches)
Hips: 94 cms (37 inches)
I want to hopefully loose a few cms in each of those areas in five weeks and just tone all over to get a flat tummy..
